What’s On In Oxfordshire 5th-6th October 2019

There are some fab free events taking place this weekend.  Indoor events as well which is very handy with the changeable weather we’ve been having. If you’re looking for things to do then check them out! 

Saturday

  • Roman and Greek Festival at Didcot Civic Hall from 11:30am. Have a go at mosaic making, meet a Roman soldier, see a blacksmith at work, handle Greek objects and more. FREE entry. 
  • Family maths morning at Fleet Meadow Community Centre 10-12pm. Try new games and activities to boost confidence in maths. Suitable for primary school age children. FREE entry. 

Sunday

  • East Hendred Heritage Trust will have photo albums on display of bygone days in the village. 2-4:30pm at Snells Hall. FREE entry. Tea and cakes on sale. 

Ongoing

  • Space trail for World Space Week. Get your first clue from the Space Store (Didcot Orchard Centre) then head off round the shopping centre to follow the trail. Each group that completes the trail will receive coupons for activities in the Space Store. FREE to to enter.
